A. Piers Talalla

Founder and Chief Executive, Mr Talalla was a senior banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions departments at the investment banking division of Citigroup as well as Dresdner Kleinwort.

Mr Talalla has extensive experience advising a wide range of companies on the development of their business. In addition to providing strategic corporate advice, Mr Talalla has been involved in numerous defence, M&A transactions, flotations, demergers and capital raising exercises in North America, the UK and continental Europe. Mr Talalla has spent considerable time advising pension funds and private equity clients on mid-cap and large-cap leveraged buy-outs and public to private transactions.
